What is your refund policy?
For refunds please contact us at call: 202-556-3057 or email: technicalsocceracademy@yahoo.com within two (2) days of the date you completed your first coaching session. All refunds due to client cancelation will accrue a fee of $30 dollars. No refund or credit will be provided after the deadline or if the customer is unable to attend a one on one or group session. Refunds will be processed in 30-60 days.
Cancellation policy?
All session (s)must be cancel 48 hours before the session to avoid forfeiting a refund for that class.
What happens if there’s inclement weather and class is canceled?
We will attempt one make up class at the earliest convenience of the coach and the client.
When it’s it too cold to have a session?
