Inclement Weather
Our Inclement weather policy is subject to change, depending on several factors including our location. If there is inclement weather, we will quickly communicate our plans to enrolled families and will do everything in our control to host camp for your camper that day.
If we decide that the weather is too severe or the fields are too wet to play on for a particular day, we might cancel camp for that day. In the event of a weather-affected cancellation of a camp day, we will offer credit for future camps in an amount equal to the missed camp day.
Hot Days
During hot days we will take several water breaks and ensure campers stay hydrated. We will also require campers to also reapply sunscreen periodically throughout the day. If there is a call for a heatwave, we will send out a message prior to the start of camp with helpful instructions on how to prepare your camper for a hot camp day as well as, information on what precautions we will be taking to battle the heat.
